INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• Shipping charges are applied to international orders.
• Orders are generally delivered within 2-3 working weeks from the date of order (In some cases custom clearance might take longer).
• Import Duties:- Any applicable import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
• Carpets are carefully inspected prior to packing, and request you to check your order upon delivery.
• Use available payment gateways, Cart may displays INR but payments can be made in your selected currency.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

• Products are eligible for returns only in case of manufacturing defect that cannot be fixed.
• Returns and exchanges are only applicable to non-custom and non-discounted items.
• Customers may exchange for another product of equal or higher value (paying the difference).
• If eligible for a refund or replacement, requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery of order.
• We request customers to provide multiple images: One showing the product open for damage inspection and another with the product securely packed.
• Keeping the original packaging is mandatory. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product is securely repacked with all labels intact.

Refund Process:

• Order Refund: Processed within 48 hours after the product is received and inspected by us.
• Exchange Orders: No charges will be applied.
• Exchange orders are exempt from return charges.

International orders are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges.
