Refund policy
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
- Products are eligible for returns only in case of manufacturing defect that cannot be fixed.
- Returns and exchanges are only applicable to non-custom and non-discounted items.
- Customers may exchange for another product of equal or higher value (paying the difference).
- If eligible for a refund or replacement, requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery of order.
- We request customers to provide multiple images: One showing the product open for damage inspection and another with the product securely packed.
- Keeping the original packaging is mandatory. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product is securely repacked with all labels intact.
Refund Process:
- Order Refund: Processed within 48 hours after the product is received and inspected by us.
- Exchange Orders: No charges will be applied.
- Exchange orders are exempt from return charges.
International orders are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges.
